When we said that we wanted each of our outputs to support someone, somewhere with something – that is what we did!
As a team, we decided to make our approach to charitable giving more meaningful. We do this by placing our team members and each of our clients at the very heart of this activity.
In 2023, alongside each of the individuals and businesses we work with, we started on an exciting journey with B1G1. Together, we joined a global movement that is becoming a force for good. This has seen us not just become a purpose-led business, but an impact-driven one!
How We Make a Difference
B1G1 connects thousands of businesses with hundreds of high-impact projects from around the world. It is aligned with the United Nations 17 Global Sustainable Development Goals and is one of the many ways in which Walker & Sutcliffe give back.
Our Projects
As an organisation, we have chosen several projects that we truly care about and which align with our values. From teaching life skills to young adults through sport in Bangladesh to giving medical support to children in need in Ukraine, our high-impact projects are focused on education, environment, food, health, shelter, income generation, human rights or life enhancement.
You Choose
As an accountancy practice that is built on genuine partnerships, we leave it to our clients to choose which project is the right fit for them when we complete a piece of work. We then fund this impact on their behalf.
